Immersive spaces for creative, relational and transformational work

In-Person | Online | Group Gatherings|

I offer workshops and retreats that invite a deeper pause — experiences where constellation work, creative expression and shared presence unfold over longer arcs of time. These offerings are intentionally small and carefully held. They are not designed as events to consume but as relational containers where insight, learning and integration can emerge naturally, supported by place, rhythm and community.

FAQs

Who are these workshops and retreats for?

These offerings tend to resonate with people who feel genuinely drawn to constellation work, creative integration, and embodied reflection — not from curiosity alone, but from a readiness to meet what may be revealed with openness and care. No prior experience is required; rather, a willingness to engage thoughtfully, respectfully, and at your own pace.

Do I need prior experience with constellation work or retreats?

No prior experience is required. What matters more than familiarity with the method is a readiness to engage respectfully with the work and an openness to being affected by it. Orientation and support are provided, and participants are invited to enter at their own pace.

How are these experiences held?

Workshops and retreats are held within a carefully facilitated container that values safety, pacing, and discernment. Participation is invitational, and there is no pressure to intervene, resolve, or perform. The work unfolds in relationship — with oneself, with others, and with what presents itself in the field.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you feel drawn to slow down, listen more deeply and meet complexity without forcing outcomes, this work may be supportive. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out with questions before deciding.

Testimonials

I had a wonderful experience at Ankea’s paint & pour gathering.  She grounded us and guided us through a freeform paint project.  It was so therapeutic and the results were beautiful.”

Jasmin M, Kona

“Participating in this group felt both precise and deeply human. Even as complex dynamics emerged, the process was held with steadiness and discernment, allowing movement to arise without being rushed or forced. I appreciated the clarity of Ankea's facilitation and the way the field was supported to reorganize itself in service of the client’s process. The experience left a strong sense of trust in the work and in the container holding it.”

Sotantar, Germany

“Ankea facilitated the group constellation with professionalism, sensitivity and a calm, grounded presence. As a representative, I experienced the space as respectful and carefully held, allowing the field to unfold naturally and the client to gain meaningful insight. The environment felt safe, contained and ethically guided, supporting a process that led toward understanding and reconciliation. The work was facilitated with a calm presence that could hold strong emotions within the group, while keeping the process clear and contained
