About Ankéarâth

Everything I offer is grounded in respect for each person's timing, heritage and inner knowing.

Aloha · Suosdey · Hallo

My name is Ankéarâth (Ankea for short).

I work with women, couples, and occasionally men in spaces that invite presence, reflection, and honest connection — without pressure to perform, fix, or change the essence of who you are. My work is shaped by a life lived across cultures and a deep sensitivity to questions of belonging, identity, and how we find our place within relationships, families, and ourselves.

Rather than offering solutions or promises, I hold space and walk beside those I work with — guided by a devotion to freedom, expansion, and living in closer alignment with what feels true and essential.

I come to this work through lived experience. I am a wife and a mother of two, and my husband and I have been together for over twenty years. Like many long-term partnerships, we’ve lived through periods of closeness and distance, growth and rupture — learning through experience what it takes to return to connection over time.

I’ve also walked the terrain of feeling stuck in my career, caught in recurring family dynamics, loving deeply while still feeling disconnected at times.

I continue to learn deeper layers of myself through this work, grateful for the mirrors that life, relationships, and the people I work with offer. I don’t stand outside the process — I remain in it, walking alongside others with humility, presence, and care.

My Path

My journey into constellation work began nearly a decade ago during a major life transition, when I experienced my first family constellation with Mark Wolynn, author of It Didn’t Start With You. His teachings brought a level of clarity and movement I hadn’t encountered before — not only personally, but within my marriage, career and family system.

Over time, it became clear that much of what I was navigating was connected to generational history. I was born to Cambodian parents who survived the Khmer Rouge genocide — a legacy of profound loss, resilience, and survival that shaped my life in ways I did not initially understand.

Learning how to meet this inheritance with care — without bypassing or pathologizing it — has shaped both my personal path and the way I work today.

My Work Today

Over the past decade, I have immersed myself in systemic constellation work, participating in and facilitating hundreds of constellations. I trained through the IFSC international certification program and completed in-person facilitation work with Mark Wolynn. I also studied with Francesca Mason Boring, whose work bridges constellation practice and creative expression — an influence that continues to shape how I hold space.

Alongside this, I bring over fifteen years of experience working in Hawai‘i as a community mental health practitioner, as well as more than two decades of Vipassana meditation practice, including over 100 days in silent retreat. This long-term, embodied discipline deeply informs my presence: grounded, attuned, and responsive to subtle shifts in the field.

Today, my work unfolds in three primary ways:

Private constellation sessions, held with care and discernment, offering focused, one-to-one support for deeper personal and generational themes.

Paint & Pour, a monthly creative gathering that offers women an accessible entry point into rest, creativity, and self-care — without pressure or expectation.

Online constellation practice circles, a lightly facilitated community space where participants can experience group constellation work through representation and learning, while becoming familiar with the knowing field in an accessible and supportive way.

Testimonials

About Constellation Work

“Ankea made me feel deeply comfortable and open for the work. From the beginning, she gently invited a conversation around the issue I wanted to bring, and I felt genuinely received — which helped me settle and trust the process.

She supported me in discovering and understanding my inner experience in a way that felt both gentle and steady. She guided the process while holding space for my own inner images to emerge, which was incredibly powerful.

At times, she invited me to look a little deeper, always with a sensitivity that felt well-balanced and respectful. I never felt pushed — only supported.

After the session, I felt a strong sense of empowerment.

It opened a new perspective and helped bring resources from my subconscious into conscious awareness. Weeks after, I still feel the strength and energy of those resources flowing into my life.

What stood out most was that Ankea offered no advice or judgment. Instead, she stood beside me — not as an authority, but as a steady presence. It was a truly beautiful piece of work.”

Olga, Personal Coach, Ireland

"In my last session, Ankea helped me understand my current financial challenges and most helpful path forward; she fosters a sense of professionalism, trust and safety with her meditations and grounding in all of her guidance sessions. I deeply appreciate her gentle, supportive and effective approach to facilitation. I highly recommend everyone to work with her."

Keely, Teacher & Systemic Family Constellation Practitioner, USA

What began as a constellation around balancing my role as a mother and as a businesswoman took an unexpected and meaningful turn. Ankea was deeply attentive to what was emerging during our session. She noticed a phrase I kept repeating — “What about me?” — and trusted it enough to let the constellation unfold from there.

That shift brought insight and relief to a long-standing pattern. She held a safe, attuned space, offered healing sentences with care, and continually invited my own inner wisdom to guide the process. I felt deeply seen and would wholeheartedly recommend working with her.

Ankea facilitated a deeply soulful and well-held constellation. She began with grounding and took time to listen carefully, creating a space that felt safe, attentive, and collaborative.

I brought an issue of a recurring sore throat that had been showing up across different somatic and constellation work.

Through the process, Ankea supported the field to unfold naturally, working with inner child and ancestral dynamics with patience, clarity, and care.

Her pace was slow and methodical, and her use of healing sentences and gentle guidance allowed meaningful movement — especially in moments where my younger self needed space to feel and express grief.

By the end of the session, the energy felt light, spacious, and loving. In the days that followed, a continued sense of ease remained present, including a noticeable shift in how my body felt. I left feeling nourished, integrated, and deeply grateful for Ankea’s clarity, compassion, and skill.
