Paint & Pour is not about being an artist — it’s about giving yourself permission to attune, care for yourself, create and simply be.
Attunement through intuitive painting and constellation work
Paint & Pour and constellation work share a common intention: creating a spacious, relational field where something can be seen, felt or expressed without force. Paint & Pour offers a gentle, intuitive creative pathway that can stand on its own or support deeper constellation work.
Paint & Pour is offered in three modalities, allowing you to choose the level of depth, structure, and setting that best supports you.
A one-on-one creative constellation session
This private session weaves intuitive painting and constellation work into a single, contained process.
We begin with painting, guided by an offered creative technique, allowing images, emotions, or themes to emerge without analysis. From there, we move into constellation work to explore what is asking to be seen, acknowledged, or supported. We then return to the painting to integrate what has shifted or clarified.
This modality is especially supportive during times of transition or uncertainty, or when insight is needed without force. What remains is a piece of art — a tangible expression of the movement, feeling, or insight that emerged through the constellation experience.
Shared creativity for connection and celebration
These guided group experiences are designed for birthdays, transitions, friend groups and meaningful gatherings. They offer a relaxed, welcoming structure that supports both individual expression and shared connection.
Each gathering begins with grounding and intention-setting, followed by an offered painting technique. Participants paint within a spacious container that allows for conversation, connection, and quiet focus as it naturally unfolds. The experience closes with a gentle closing process to bring the circle to completion. Each participant is invited to engage at their own pace, with no expectation to share beyond what feels right. Everyone will walk away with a piece of their own art — a tangible remembrance of the experience.
Hosted gatherings can be held online or in person and are shaped with care and intention.
A luxurious, invitation-only, destination-based Paint & Pour experience
A few times a year, a small, curated Paint & Pour gathering is offered in a special location.
These gatherings are slower, more immersive, and shaped by place, season and collaboration. They are offered intentionally and infrequently to preserve their depth and quality.
Details are shared by invitation or announcement, and space is limited.
Paint & Pour may be helpful if you’re looking for:
Want to mark a celebration, life moment or transition with an experience that feels meaningful and connecting
Expression without pressure to perform, explain, or get it “right”
Grounding through color, movement and presence
Space to slow down and reconnect
A complete, integrated session woven with constellation work
A follow-up creative integration session after constellation or other inner work
Everything is optional. Silence is welcome.
You’re invited to participate exactly as you are.
Paint & Pour and constellation work arise from the same intention: creating a spacious, relational field where something can be seen, felt, or expressed without force.
While constellation work engages systemic and relational dynamics more explicitly, Paint & Pour offers a gentler, creative pathway. Through painting, movement and shared presence, people often access sensation, emotion, and insight in ways that don’t rely on analysis or explanation.
For some, Paint & Pour stands fully on its own as a nourishing creative and relational experience. At other times, I offer individual Paint & Pour sessions that weave constellation work directly into the process, or creative integration following a constellation, for those who feel drawn to continue exploring or settling what emerged.
Neither practice is required for the other. They are simply different doorways into presence, reflection, and connection.
Paint & Pour is for people who want to create something meaningful together — whether to celebrate a birthday or special moment, mark a transition, or explore something that’s quietly asking for attention.
Some come simply to share a creative, connective experience with friends. Others are drawn to the work as a gentle, embodied entry point into deeper reflection or constellation work. Many arrive somewhere in between.
No art experience or prior familiarity with constellation work is needed. The work meets people where they are, and each format is shaped to suit the intention and setting.
No experience is needed at all. Some individuals arrive thinking they “aren’t creative” and leave surprised by how nourishing and enjoyable the process feels. You’ll be gently guided, without pressure or expectations.
Paint & Pour is offered in several formats, depending on the level of depth, structure and setting that best supports you.

"What felt most valuable in Paint & Pour was the sense of belonging that emerged. Conversations deepened naturally, there was joy and laughter, and the painting I brought home now carries that same calm and connection — a quiet reminder of the community we experienced together".
— Meagan K, Hawaii
