Systemic Constellation & Belonging

Relational, Somatic work for Clarity & Integration through Creative Expression

You’ve landed here because your life is full — and beneath it, there's a quiet longing for more ease, freedom or belonging.

My work is for those who are functioning well in many areas of life, yet sense there is a deeper layer ready to be seen, integrated, or realigned.

This offering is especially suited for people who:

  • Have built a meaningful life, career, or family — and feel ready for deeper clarity

  • Are capable, thoughtful and often 'the ones others rely on'

  • Are not in crisis, but notice subtle patterns that don’t shift through insight alone

  • Are curious about what lies beneath repeating relational or emotional dynamics

  • Value depth, self-responsibility and embodied forms of self-care

  • Sense a subtle disconnection — from themselves, their place or their lineage and want to restore a felt sense of belonging and peace.

  • Have explored personal growth and now want space for integration

  • You’ve heard about constellation work and feel an inner pull toward it — not from curiosity alone, but from a deeper readiness to meet what wants to be seen.

Systemic Constellation

When patterns repeat, relationships strain or something feels “stuck” despite your best efforts, systemic constellation work offers a way to see what’s been hidden — and restore movement.

How We Work Together

This work unfolds in stages, each one supporting clarity, depth and embodiment.

-> Start with an Orientation Session

Individual Systemic Family Constellation with Ankea is offered as a guided, one-on-one process that unfolds in 3 stages:

Orientation

& Attunement

Initial Session

A gentle first session to explore what’s present and what’s calling for attention.

We clarify your intention, get oriented to the constellation process, and sense together what type of work would be most supportive right now.

Systemic Inquiry

One-on-One Session

A private process, with or without painting, guided by what emerges and oriented toward family dynamics, relational patterns, or inner movements seeking acknowledgment or integration.

The work unfolds slowly and respectfully, guided by what shows itself rather than forcing outcomes. No prior experience is needed.

Integration & Embodiment

Integration and follow-up

Time and space to integrate what emerged through reflection, conversation, or creative expression such as paint, writing or song.

This step supports insight settling into the body and everyday life, helping the experience become something you can carry forward.

Who Am I

International Development & Mental Health Specialist
Systemic & Relational Work

For two decades, I’ve worked internationally in development, mental health and organizational consulting — supporting complex projects across cultures and systems. I integrate systemic constellation work as a certified advanced constellation practitioner.

I’m also a wife and a mother of two — someone who knows what it’s like to live a capable, demanding life while quietly losing touch with herself and questioning where she belongs.

This work didn’t come from stepping away from reality. It emerged from living fully within it — from knowing the tension between giving and receiving, pushing through and letting go, doing and truly being.

Nearly a decade ago, after a personal session with Mark Wolynn, my life shifted in profound ways. Through understanding how my heritage & family history shape unconscious patterns, a deeper, freer version of myself began to emerge.

Constellation Work coupled with conscious breathing, became my most meaningful form of self-care — a way of restoring perspective, order & quiet awareness to calm my nervous system.

Alongside this, a painting process emerged as a way to support integration and embodiment following constellation work — a practice I now share with those who feel drawn to this form of integration. -> Learn about Paint & Pour

I don’t approach this work as teaching or therapy. I walk beside — holding space that allows insight, ease and clarity to arise from within, without force, while continuing to learn and be shaped by life myself.

Testimonials

"Ankea’s work is truly

beautiful — intuitive, grounded and creative. Her ability to relate and understand without judgment while staying attuned throughout the process, impressed me deeply. Through her support, she helped me heal a physical complaint. I recommend her work to anyone who is ready to make a shift in their lives".

Ruta, Constellation Facilitator, Latvia

"The constellation work allowed me to process a forgotten loss with a depth and clarity I hadn’t reached before. The experience felt grounded, respectful and continues to unfold long after the session".

Secil, Artist, United Kingdom

“Working with Ankea was genuinely life-changing. She held the session with clarity and steadiness, staying focused on the most essential family dynamic rather than getting pulled into side issues. The constellation brought deep healing around my mother and early family history, and the integration practices she shared helped that healing continue afterwards. Since then, my relationships — especially with my son — and my life overall have shifted in tangible, lasting ways.”

for Constellation Work

What is the difference between Constellation Work and Systemic Family Constellations?

(Systemic) Constellation Work is a shortened term for Systemic Family Constellation. It is a method rooted in ancient Zulu tribal wisdom and later introduced to the West by psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. It explores how family history, relationships and inherited patterns continue to shape our lives — often beyond conscious awareness. This work integrates insights from family systems theory, phenomenology and cross-cultural observation.

While the method has evolved over time, the core principle remains: when hidden relational dynamics are acknowledged, systems can naturally reorganize.

How does a session work?

In individual sessions, we use objects, figures, simple markers or visualization to represent people, inner parts, or elements of a system. These representations are placed in relation to one another, allowing patterns to become visible — often without needing to analyze or explain them intellectually.

Information arises through:

Spatial relationships

Bodily sensations

Emotional responses

Shifts in perception

The process unfolds slowly and respectfully, guided by what shows itself rather than by interpretation or diagnosis.

How is this different from coaching or traditional therapy?

Constellation work is not coaching, and it is not talk therapy.

Coaching primarily works with goals, mindset, and conscious behavior.

Traditional therapy often focuses on narrative, history, and processing.

Constellation work engages the unconscious and relational field, where many patterns originate. Because it does not rely solely on insight or effort, changes can sometimes occur more quickly — though outcomes are never forced or guaranteed.

Why can constellation work feel impactful even in a short time?

Much of our behavior is guided by unconscious patterns shaped by family history, early attachment, and even epigenetic inheritance — the way experiences are passed across generations through biology and relational imprinting.

By bringing awareness to these deeper layers, constellation work can create shifts without needing to “fix” or analyze the problem extensively.

How long does a session last?

An orientation session takes up to one hour. Individual constellation or integration sessions can last 2-3 hours, allowing time to arrive, explore and integrate what emerges.

Do I need prior experience or preparation?

No prior experience is needed. You do not need prior knowledge of constellation work — a quiet sense that something wants attention, along with openness to explore it, is enough. We begin with on orientation session to find out what type of work would be most supportive for you right now.

What is the investment?

Orientation Session — $50

A first conversation to clarify what’s bringing you, assess fit, and sense next steps.

Constellation Session — $150

One-on-one systemic constellation work.

Integration Session — $100

Support for settling and embodying what emerged, through reflection, somatic awareness, or creative integration.

Is this therapy or covered by insurance?

No. This work is not traditional psychotherapy and insurance is not accepted. All services are self-pay and experiential.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because sessions are reserved and prepared in advance, 24–48 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged in full, except in cases of emergency.

How do I know if this work is right for me?

If you’re unsure, an initial assessment session can help clarify whether constellation work — and which approach — is appropriate for you at this time.
