I offer grounded, well-held spaces for women who want time for themselves — through creative gatherings and constellation work.

A monthly creative self-care gathering for women
Come as you are — all materials provided. No experience needed.
What is Paint & Pour
Paint & Pour is a relaxed, social evening designed to help you step out of everyday roles and enjoy a few hours of creative time in good company.
There’s no pressure to perform, share, or do anything “right.” Some women come to paint quietly, others to talk and laugh, and many do a bit of both.
Many women who attend Paint & Pour are capable, creative women —
leaders, professionals, and caregivers with full, demanding lives.
No art experience is needed. Even if painting feels outside your comfort zone, you’ll be supported to enjoy the process without pressure, expectations, or judgment.
A Note on Constellation Work
In addition to Paint & Pour, Ankea offers constellation work for women and couples, and occasionally with men. These offerings are distinct, and participation in one does not imply participation in the other.

Ankéarâth (Ankea) works with women in spaces that invite presence, reflection, and honest connection — without pressure to perform or change.
Her background includes years of facilitating individual and group work in relational and embodied practices. While her constellation work offers depth and focus, she also values simple, accessible gatherings where women can slow down, create, and enjoy being together.
Everything Ankea offers is grounded, respectful, and guided by a deep regard for each person’s pace and autonomy.
Shaped by Cambodian heritage, born in the Netherlands, and rooted in Hawai‘i, Ankea's work reflects a life lived across cultures and is offered as a gift of presence.

“It was a rare pause in a very full life. No pressure, no expectations — just time to slow down and be with other women.”
“I didn’t expect how special it would feel to take the painting home. It became a quiet reminder of giving myself that time.”

Paint & Pour is a relaxed, creative evening designed to help you slow down, enjoy a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic drink, and spend time painting in good company. It’s less about the outcome and more about the experience.
No experience is needed at all. Many women arrive thinking they “aren’t creative” and leave surprised by how nourishing and enjoyable the process feels. You’ll be gently guided, without pressure or expectations.
You’ll be welcomed into a warm, calm space with all materials provided. Some women paint quietly, others talk and laugh, and many do a bit of both. There’s no requirement to share, perform, or do anything a certain way.
Most gatherings are held in Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i. From time to time, we host Paint & Pour in other beautiful, inspiring locations. Each month’s location is shared in advance — part of the experience is discovering where the next gathering will unfold.
Paint & Pour is intentionally kept small and intimate, usually 10–15 women. This allows for a relaxed atmosphere, personal attention, and a sense of ease — and helps us care for materials thoughtfully.
All painting materials are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own drink, and light pupus may be offered depending on the location. Details are shared with each monthly invitation.
Paint & Pour is typically held on the first Sunday evening of each month. The event normally takes place from 4:00–7:00 PM, allowing time to arrive, settle in, and enjoy the evening without rushing. Dates and locations are shared with each monthly announcement.
Spots are limited and tend to fill quickly. Booking opens with each monthly announcement — once a gathering is full, registration closes.
Paint & Pour is offered as a monthly gathering with a participation fee of $75 per person, which includes all painting materials. Space is limited to keep the experience intimate.
